Trapper's Table:
Any WVTA member can sell a limited number of trapping related items on the WVTA Trapper's Table. A small seller's commission is requested.
Off Site Accomodations:
Host Motel - Conrad Motel, 100 Conrad Court, Glenville, WV 26351.
Toll Free for reservations at 866-462-7316.

Alternate Motel - Best Western - Glenville Inn, Rt. 5 East, Glenville, WV 26351.  Phone (304) 462-5511.
Camping - Cedar Creek State Park, located approximately 8 miles south of Glenville.
On Site Accomodations:
Bunk House - Both mens and womens bunkhouses are available at a cost of $20 per night. Also, family bunkhouse accomodations can be arranged. Bring your own linens.
Camper Hookups - Electrical hookups are available for 18 campers. No sewer available. Cost is $15 per night.
Motel-Type Housing - A limited number of motel-type rooms are available. $35 for one person, $40 for two, $45 for three.
Primitive Camping - An unlimited amount of primitive camping sites are available for $11 per night.  Public showers will be available for campers at the Bunkhouses.
Reservations - To reserve any accomodations at the convention site phone the Recreation Center at (304) 462-7653.
Vendor Spaces:
Indoor vendor spaces are sold out. We still have plenty of tailgating spaces available.

Donations are accepted from businesses and organizations and will be auctioned to the highest bidder on Saturday, September 19th.
